The IMER Prestige 300 (model 1106433) is a diesel-powered, multi-purpose progressive cavity pump and spray machine with a built-in 6.3 cu ft high-shear hydraulic mixer and an onboard compressor for spraying. Mixing, pumping and spraying are run from one control panel with pressure gauges, indicators and variable speed electro-hydraulic controls.

A 24 hp Yanmar diesel engine powers the machine. The compressor delivers 14 cfm and the hopper holds 7 cu ft. It comes with the 2L6 rotor/stator and also takes IM25L, 60.12 and L7 rotor/stator sets for pumping a range of materials, including aggregate up to 3/8 in. The mixer has a hydraulic dump, a programmable timer and a safety sensor that stops the paddles if the grid is opened.

Torsion bar suspension, an articulating towbar and a tow package allow highway towing. It measures 131.5 x 55.5 x 53 in (W x L x H) and weighs 1,653 lbs. Optional equipment includes material hoses, a vibrating grate, remote controls, a shotcrete gun and a spray gun.
