The IMER HSM 12 electric (model 1130122) is a towable horizontal shaft mortar mixer with a 12 cu ft steel drum and a 240V electric motor rated at 5 hp. It mixes mortars, stuccos and grouts, with a bag capacity of 3.5 to 4 bags and a 12 cu ft batch output.

An enclosed gearbox transmits power to the paddles. It runs quieter, with less heat and gear wear, and the noise level stays under 79 dB. Pillow blocks are mounted externally. An extra large safety grate is standard, a locking handle prevents unexpected dumping, and the unit has forklift pockets.

The HSM 12 has B78-13 in tires, a 58 in charging height and weighs 1,200 lbs. It measures 52-1/2 in wide, 56-1/2 in high and 84 in long, or 104-1/2 in with the tow bar. A 2 in ball hitch tow bar is standard; a pintle hitch is available and must be selected at the time of purchase. Spiral mixing blades (up to 30% faster mixing) and a torsion bar axle are optional.
