Start with the basics from the manual. If the control panel is dead, check battery charge and the master fuse. If the starter does not turn, check the battery, fuse and wiring. If the panel is on but the preheat (glow plug) light never comes on, the preheat relay may be faulty. If the starter turns but the engine will not fire, reset the emergency button, top up engine oil, add fuel and check the diesel solenoid valve relay. A battery light means the alternator is not charging. A coolant temperature light means low coolant or a dirty radiator. Stop pumping and call the service center for a circuit board fault.
