2. Acceptance of Terms

Using imerpartsusa.com (“Site”) constitutes acceptance of these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

3. Permitted Use & Restrictions

• Use the Site solely for lawful purposes and to purchase IMER ® equipment and parts.
• No scraping, reverse-engineering, or introduction of malicious code.
• No infringement of intellectual-property or privacy rights.

4. Product & Pricing Accuracy

We strive for accuracy; however, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct information, cancel orders or adjust prices without notice.

5. Orders & Payment

Orders are offers to buy; acceptance occurs when we ship. We may refuse or cancel any order. Accepted payment methods: major credit cards, PayPal, ACH/wire (as listed at checkout).

6. Shipping

We ship within the USA & Canada (other regions on request). Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon carrier pick-up. Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.

7. Returns

All returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

All Site content, including IMER ® marks used under license, is protected by copyright and trademark law. Reproduction or distribution without written permission is prohibited.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted under Wyoming law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product that gave rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify Somunn LLC from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Exclusive venue is Natrona County, WY.

We may update these Terms at any time; continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
